PoPo Studio is a production design tool for packaging: boxes, sleeves, labels, merch. It is built for the gap between “we have a concept” and “the factory can make this”, which is where most packaging projects lose weeks.
The challenge
Packaging design happens in three disconnected places: ideation in a chat or mood board, layout in a general-purpose design app, and handoff in a spreadsheet of specs and a PDF of dielines. Every hop loses context, and manufacturers end up asking the same questions again.
What we built
One workflow that keeps the context from the first prompt to the last export.
- Concept: AI-first ideation that generates visual directions from prompts written for packaging and merch, not generic images
- Build: an editable design workflow for dielines, materials, finishes and details, with live 2D and 3D preview of the folded result
- Ship: publish-ready assets and specifications so a manufacturing team can execute without a call
- A die-cut library and dieline editor, so a design is always tied to something that can physically be cut and folded
The result
Teams can design packaging faster with AI and move to production without re-explaining the job. The output of PoPo Studio is not a picture of a box; it is a box a factory can make.
