OutQ is a mobile-first salon booking platform designed to modernise how people discover and book grooming and beauty services.
The challenge
Booking a good haircut is still fragmented: phone calls, Instagram DMs and generic booking tools with poor UX. Clients needed one well-designed app to browse, compare and book with confidence, and salons needed to see how their business was doing.
What we built
A clean, premium experience built around trust signals: ratings, proximity, live availability and stylist profiles. Onboarding was kept minimal to reduce drop-off, and the booking flow is visual and step by step to reduce friction.

The result
The design prioritises conversion: from discovery to a confirmed booking in under 60 seconds. The premium visual language builds trust with first-time users, and the streamlined flow keeps returning customers coming back.
