Beyond Turf is a mobile app for players who want to skip the phone calls and last-minute cancellations that come with booking a ground.
The challenge
In most cities, booking a turf is still a phone-call affair: dependent on one manager’s memory, prone to double bookings, and opaque to players who don’t know which facilities exist nearby. Venue owners, on the other side, struggled with no-shows and inefficient slot management.
What we built
We tackled both sides of the marketplace. Players get a discovery-first experience: map-based search, venue cards with photos, amenities and real-time slot availability. Venue managers get a lightweight dashboard to manage slots and bookings.
The booking flow follows how people actually plan a game: pick the sport, then the venue, then the date and duration.

The result
Booking time dropped from around eight minutes of calls and waiting to under 90 seconds. Venue owners reported far fewer double bookings and no-shows thanks to automated reminders and digital confirmations.
