Agent24

Agent24 is our answer to a problem every small business in India has: the WhatsApp never stops, and nobody can reply to all of it. Boutiques, clinics, restaurants and home businesses lose orders at 11 pm because a message sat unanswered until morning.

The challenge

Generic chatbots fail here for three reasons. They don’t know the shop’s actual stock and prices, they can’t finish a transaction, and they fall apart in Malayalam, Manglish or mixed-language chat. Owners also won’t maintain a separate CRM, so whatever the agent learns has to be captured without extra work.

What we built

Agent24 is a hosted AI agent connected to the official WhatsApp Business Platform, with Instagram and a web-chat widget on the same brain.

• Answers product questions from the business’s own catalogue, in the customer’s language
• Takes orders and bookings end to end, including UPI payment links and confirmations
• Holds items, suggests alternatives and follows up when a customer goes quiet
• Hands a conversation to a human when it needs one, with the full context
• Keeps a CRM of every contact, note and order automatically
• Every business gets a free website and web chat as part of setup, which takes about five minutes

The result

A business owner can switch Agent24 on in an afternoon and go to sleep knowing customers are being answered, orders are being written down and nothing is lost. The agent is live with real businesses today, and the CRM it builds becomes the owner’s single source of truth for customers.
