    Important journeys and screens are planned before full development. Your team reviews whether the proposed flow matches real work.

    Development

    The agreed system is built in visible stages. Reviews focus on working behaviour and decisions—not a surprise reveal at the end.

    Testing & readiness

    We test agreed scenarios, permissions, devices, integrations, and failure paths. Your team also checks the system with representative data and tasks.

  6. 06

    Launch & handover

    The production release, migration, access, training, documentation, ownership, and any ongoing support are completed according to the agreed project plan.
