When you submit the project form, we collect the name, business details, contact information, project preferences, and description you choose to provide. Standard hosting and security logs may also record technical information such as IP address, browser, and request time.
Why we use it
Information is used to understand and respond to inquiries, evaluate possible work, maintain security, improve the website, and keep appropriate business records. We do not claim to sell personal information.
Service providers
Form submissions are sent to a configured workspace provider used for inquiry management. Hosting, analytics, communications, or other providers may process limited information on our behalf when they are enabled. The final published policy should name material providers used in production.
Retention and protection
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, business records, security, and legal obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security; access should be limited and production credentials must be protected.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. You can also choose not to submit the form and use a verified public contact channel instead.
Updates
This policy may change when website tools, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date should be revised whenever material changes are published.
